1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

The request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of electronic products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind or personal preference

Minor cosmetic differences (e.g., color tone, packaging updates)

Damage caused by improper use or handling

4. Refunds Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is approved.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered only if the item is defective or incorrect.

For other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
